Marjorie Cramner Bader's Obituary
Marjorie Cramner Bader was born in Chillicothe, MO. in June of 1919. She graduated from Chillicothe High School. After completing business school and doing secretarial work in 1944 in Kansas City, she applied and was contracted with the United States Government to assist the military in Honolulu during the last year of WWII. At the age of 23, she was in the Signal Corp at Fort Shafter and was trained to encode and decode military messages. It was in the Signal Corp in Honolulu she met Lew, her future husband, who was an officer in the U.S. Army. They were married in 1946. She was beyond a loving wife and wonderful mother. At mother’s request a private graveside burial will be held for immediate family.
