Marjorie Louise Baumgardner's Obituary
Margie Louise Earnhart was born November 12, 1923, in Gainesville, Texas and passed June 30, 2024, to be with Her Lord in Garland Texas. At the age of 9, her family, parents, Walter and Mary Earnhart, eight brothers and two sisters, moved to Cobb Oklahoma where she graduated from High School. After graduation, she attended Robert’s Business College in Dallas, Texas. Later she went to work for the U.S. Government Hq. 8th Service Command which was stationed in Dallas at the time. She met her husband, Arthur Baumgardner, who was a Captain in the U.S. Army, while working there. After many travels of overseas and stateside assignments, they retired from Service in San Francisco, CA. In October 2000, they moved back to Texas and joined South Garland Baptist Church in November 2000.
Her brothers, Elmer Earnhart, Henry Earnhart, Raymond Earnhart, Marvin Earnheart, Clyde Earnhart, Louie Earnhart, Roy Earnhart, and Wade Earnhart, and her sisters Lona Earnheart Fendley and Katherine Earnhart Simms predeceased her.
She is survived by her two sons, Randy and Reggie, 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
While attending South Garland, she was active in many activities serving also with the DAPS Program for 9 years along with her husband Arthur. She loved cooking and entertaining.
