Marjorie Sue Johnson's Obituary
Heaven gained an angel as Marjorie Johnson was called home. Marge passed away at the age of 83 on Friday, October 20, 2017. She passed peacefully after battling Parkinson’s disease and kidney renal failure. She was surrounded by her family as she drifted off to sleep. Words cannot express how much she will be missed.Marge was predeceased by her parents, Stella and Russell and her sisters Yvonne Neal and Ruth Payne.She is survived by her loving husband of almost 64 years, William (Bill) Johnson. Their continuing love for each other is magical.She is also survived by their children, Linda and her husband Mike Donlon of Rowlett, TX, Joyce and her husband Dirk Ten Eyck of McKinney, TX, Sheri and husband Kelley Wood of Leander, TX and Jim and his wife Jonni Johnson of Garland, TX.Marge, best known as MeMaw, is also survived by 9 Grandchildren. Lori and her husband David Nicaud, Christy and her husband Richard Edwards, Carrie and her husband Jose Gaytan, Kristen and her husband Chris Freis, Stephen and his wife Laura Ten Eyck, Ashley and her husband Mike Silva, Andrew and his fiance Dawn Goebel, and Lauren and Kayla Johnson.She was also blessed with 6 Great Grandchildren. Emma Edwards, Alyssa and Mia Gaytan, David Nicaud Jr, Harrison Freis, and brand new Hayley Silva.The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 26 at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 27 at Restland Funeral Home. Burial at Restland will follow.
