MARIS, MARJORIE CLAIRE The family of Marjorie Maris is saddened to announce her passing. Marjorie was a loving wife and mother. She had remarkable patience and survived raising her four sons in Dallas during the 50’s and 60’s. She was a long time resident of the Casa Linda area. Along with her husband Ross, she was involved in the family insurance and real estate business until her retirement. Marjorie was born January 22, 1922 in Gorman, TX and passed away July 12, 2008 in Tyler, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Maris; son, Ed Maris. Marjorie is survived by sons, Ross Maris and wife Mary, Robert Maris and wife Marigny Lanier, and Thomas Maris and wife Macy; grandchildren: Mark, Michelle, Stephen, Ashley, Jack, Peter and Pierre; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Phil Wall; nieces Lisa and Sharon and nephew Roy.
