Marjorie Ann Reid's Obituary
Marjorie “Ann” Halliday Reid, age 88, passed away peacefully at 12:22 am on Friday, November 30, 2018 in Oklahoma City, OK. Ann was born on June 23, 1930, to her beloved parents Thomas Wyatt and Sidney Eudora Halliday. She was the youngest of five children. Ann was raised in Dallas, Texas. She met her husband, Charles A. Reid Jr., while attending Southern Methodist University. They were married on September 3, 1949 and celebrated 51 years of marriage. They had four children, son, Guruchander Khalsa and wife, Kirn, daughter, Michelle Nelms and husband, Mike, daughter, Sidney Cobb and husband, Chris, and son, Randy Reid and wife, Marcia. She had seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.Ann will be deeply missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.The funeral services for Ann Reid are scheduled for Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:30 pm at The Restland Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, a private graveside will follow. Visitation will be Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Restland Funeral Home.
