My heart hurts for all of his family and friends who are left behind on Earth, but be assured - Mark is surely making everybody smile and whipping up some amazing meals in Heaven! In the relatively short time I was able to spend with Mark, he certainly left an impact. He spoiled us anytime we visited his restaurant. He was the cornerstone of many back yard BBQ’s sharing his incredible food and talent in the kitchen, on the grill and the smoker! He took me and another friend to see the band Yes in concert – and I’ll never forget it. He was so much fun to be around and I’ll never forget his smile, his big bear hugs and the way he loved each and every one of us who knew him. My regret is not being better about keeping up with him after we left Phoenix. It is comforting to think about Mark and Lauren in a warm embrace in paradise with the Father and the Son. Love to all and RIP my friend!
