Marlene K. Colman's Obituary
Colman, Marlene Kay, age 75 and long time resident of Richardson, Texas passed away November 29, 2012 after a brief illness. Marlene was born on August 30, 1937 in Omaha, Nebraska to Zenas and June Stevens. Marlene met Robert D. Colman at the University of Omaha and the two married in 1957. Bob, a Braniff pilot, preceded her in death in 1981. She was a long time Travel Consultant for Rudi Steele Travel in Dallas. Marlene is survived by daughters, Pam Stephens and her husband, Jim; Vicki McIntosh and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Cole and Kyle Stephens; and Calistra and Mike McIntosh. Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Messiah Lutheran Church Chapel, 1801 West Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas 75075. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Braniff Silver Eagles Charitable Fund at P. O. Box 29092, Dallas, Texas 75229 or to Messiah Lutheran Church.
