A los que siempre me acompanaron, gracias yo les doy, siempre los recordare con una sonrisa, ye en sus corazones vivire. Marshall M. Benavides, Sr., 76, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2009. Marshall was born on August 14, 1932 in Marlin, TX. He was born to Emilio and Sulema Benavides. He was the 9th of 13 children. Marshall is survived by his wife, Maria L. Benavides and children. He will be greatly missed and remembered by those whose lives he touched, for being a kind, respectful and caring person. Always willing to lend a hand without expecting something in return. Marshall’s heart suddenly gave out, but his memories will live on. The family will receive visitor from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home, with a Rosary service following at 6:00 pm in the Wildwood Chapel. A service will be held in Marshall’s honor at 12:30 pm, Wednesday, August 5, 2009 in Restland’s Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Park.
