Marshall Nagle's Obituary
L. Marshall Nagle, resident of Brenham, Texas, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2008. He was born on February 9, 1925 in Interlachen, Florida. He and his wife Ruth moved to Brenham, Texas in October 2006, and were members of First Baptist Church. Previously, they lived in Lubbock where Marshall retired as a professor at Texas Tech University. He was a long time member of First Baptist Church Lubbock and served as a Deacon for many years. Marshall loved the Lord Jesus Christ and loved his family. Marshall is survived by his wife Ruth; daughter Marie Driskill of McKinney; daughter Kay Lacey of Oklahoma City and husband Michael; daughter Ellen Dean of Sachse and husband Bob; son Steve Nagle of Flower Mound and wife Kim; and son Greg Nagle of Bedford and wife Cindy. His grandchildren are Dean Driskill, Kris Saunders, Michelle Lacey, Daniel Lacey, Brian Dean, Stephanie Dean, Jackson Nagle, Parker Nagle, Lynsy Nagle, and Jessica Nagle. His great-grandchildren are Joshua Driskill and Emily Driskill. He was preceded in death by his wife Zelda, mother of his children, and by his wife Pauline. Service was at 11:30AM Wednesday December 24, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
