Martha Dean Boyce's Obituary
Martha Dean Boyce, 96, passed away on July 21 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s. She was born near Pittsburgh, PA, where she lived until she married and moved to Dallas, Texas. She lived her last eight years in Little Rock. She enjoyed traveling with friends and family, loved playing games, and doing activities with her friends from Ridgewood Park United Methodist in Dallas. She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Mary Dean, husband Wally Boyce, and brothers Harry Dean and Bill Dean. She will be missed by her sister Mary Jane Drum; daughters Marcie Thompson (John) and Leslie Curran (Bob); grandchildren Jill Beyder (Dmitry), Philip Thompson (Ashley), Christine Turpin (Zach), Michelle Curran, and David Curran (Madison); and great grandchildren Audrey, Olivia, Ellie, Norah, Hudson, Ellis, and Legend. The family wants to thank the caretakers at Brookdale Chenal for her such good care these last eight years. She was buried in Dallas in a private ceremony.
