Martha Louise Dugger, 90, of Forney, Texas was born on March 5, 1931 in Dallas, Texas to James and Elizabeth Wright. She passed away on September 15, 2021 in Forney, Texas. She married Robert (Bob) Dugger on June 5, 1949 in Rockwall, Texas.
Martha worked for the City of Mesquite Water Department for 30 years and enjoyed shopping, working in her yard, and planting flowers.
She was preceded in death by husband Bob Dugger (1998), son Jack Dugger (1987), and brother Jimmy Wright.
She is survived by son Robert Dugger, Jr; daughter Vickie Massey; grandchildren Jack, Jennifer, Jessica and Teddy; and 5 great-grandchildren.
