Dear Carl, Your Mother lived a amazing life. She sounded like a wonderful Mother in every sense of the word. It also seems your wife was devoted to her care at the end. Dear Randy, Tom, Jan, Carl, Lucy, Bill and all your families, What a delight it was to live with your mom. She reached out to me when I was really hurting, and what started as 6 weeks, became 6 months, a year, three years, and finally 14 years of living at 6178. I will always treasure the memories of your mom– especially seeing how giddy she was as she left for summers at Snow Mountain Ranch. It was a pleasure to get to meet all of you over the years– you were Martha's world. Each one of you. She was so very proud of who you had become, but never took credit for any of it. In her own quiet way, she was grateful to God. So thank you for letting me be a part of this amazing woman's life. She will always have a special place in my heart, and I am so grateful to the Lord for her, and your, kindness to me.
