Martha Dell born on December 10, 1933 in Sylvan, TX and passed away on March 16, 2016 in Garland, TX. Born to Jesse and Nora Secrest and came to Dallas, TX at the age of 12. She attended Greiner junior high school and graduated from Sunset High School. Martha worked at Mercantile National Bank from 1953 – 1986; retired from Mercantile National Bank, Chase Bank and Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union. Preceded in death by father, Jesse Talmadge Secrest; mother, Nora Allie Geers Secrest; brothers, Wayland Woodrow Secrest, Randle Ambrose Secrest, Jesse Athol Secrest, John Hammond Secrest; Byron Dale Secrest; Kenneth Bourquin (Husband) and Bill Musser (Husband). Martha is survived by daughter, Sherry Bourquin Hancock; grandson, Jason Allen Hancock; sister, Novelyn Dolores Hulen; brothers, Thales L. Secrest, Merwin Boone Secrest, and Kenneth Duane Secrest. Family will receive friends on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
