SHOEMAKE, MARTHA Loved by all who knew her, Martha “Muriel” Roberson Shoemake, born 12/26/1914 in Texas, went home to be with the Lord 1/4/2007. She is preceded in death by parents Walter and Lillie Roberson, husband, Robert H. Shoemake, and 8 brothers and sisters. She loved her Lord, her family and her friends. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of one of His Saints PS116:15. She worked 37 years for Wyatt/Kroger Corporation. She was a charter member of Casa View Baptist Church and a member of the Naomi Class. Muriel is survived by daughter, Rebecca Patton; son, Robert H. Shoemake, Jr. and wife, Gail; grandchildren, Kimberly Patton and husband, Jason Oliver, Sheila Shoemake, Robert Shane Shoemake and wife, Julia; great grandchildren, Zachary Patton, Alex Rodriguez, Robert Trey Shoemake, Travis Shoemake. The family of Muriel Shoemake would like to thank Dr. Paul Neubach and the entire staff of Buckner Assisted Living for going the extra mile in the care they have provided.
