Mary Elizabeth Crabb's Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Crabb, nee Skinner passed away peacefully August 4th. She was born in Gober, Texas to Bertha and Claude Skinner July 16th, 1918. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde William Crabb and two sisters, Lottie James and Nema Sudderth. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by two daughters, Lequita Davenport and Diann Leberman and her husband, Tom; three grandchildren, Susan Horn, Kevin Davenport, Wendy Moody and her husband, Robin, and four great grandchildren, Samaira Horn, Chloe Leberman, Kayla Moody and William Moody.
Mary was an avid crafter and active volunteer at the Robin’s Nest craft shop in the Richardson Senior Center until the age of 101. Mary was an expert seamstress and cook and loved to garden. She collected and restored antiques and was a dealer at the flea market for many years. She was a long-time member of Plano First Methodist Church and a member of the Burke Sunday School class.
