Mary Carleen Davenport's Obituary
Mary Carleen Davenport was born to Carl and Rachel Carroll on April 20, 1938 in Dallas, Texas. Carleen died on Monday, January 22, 2024 in Clarksville, Tennessee, with her son Steven by her side.
Carleen had a deep love for Jesus, family and her friends. She loved spending time with family. They were her pride and joy!
In her earlier days, you would find Carleen in her garden. She loved to cook and bake and served on the hospitality committee. Carleen served as a Sunday School teacher and loved attending youth, choir and mission trips with the church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Rachel Carroll, and her brother, Jimmy Don Carroll.
Carleen is survived by her daughter Donna Aston and husband Stephen, her son Steven Willis and wife Kathy, her daughter Sharen Underwood, her daughter Karen Boyd and husband John, her grandchildren Alyssa Nunchuck, Alexander Boyd and wife Allie, Steve Aston, Morgan Underwood and wife Monica, Tyler Underwood and wife Madeline, Samuel Willis and wife Hannah, Jack Willis, Michael Boyd, and great-grandchildren Hadley, Emerson, and Tripp Nunchuck, Alayne and Addison Underwood, Henry Willis and Eliana Boyd.
Carleen will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
A memorial service will begin at 2PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
