Mary Early Dishner's Obituary
Mary Dishner passed peacefully surrounded by family Jan 23, 2024. She was born September 10, 1927 to Catherine and John Early. She always had an artistic flare and her love of the arts led to the introduction of her future husband, John Dishner. She and John welcomed Ann in 1948 and later Joe in 1954.
She and John were prolific artists. Mary had a particular love of watercolors, sketching, printing, and weaving. She was known for her forthright opinion and keen sense of humor. She was a surrogate mother and grandmother to many.
She is preceded in death by her parents Catherine and John Early; husband John Dishner; beloved daughter Ann Symns; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Bill and Billie Dishner; and daughter-in-law Ruth Anne MarDock. She is survived by her son Joe Dishner; son-in-law Wallace Symns; nephew Tom Dishner, grandchildren Todd Glenney and his wife Kristin, and their children Tanner, Avery, and Max; Sarah Symns and her daughters Willa and Harper; Molly Culwell and her children Stella, John and Charly and her son Cash; George Dishner, his wife Amanda, and their daughter Lydia; and Emma Dishner, her husband Drew, and their daughters Helen and Michelle.
