Mary Ann Greer's Obituary
GREER, MARY ANN ADELINE WHITE Was born on July 25, 1917 in Denton, TX. She was one of seven daughters born to Robert E. Lee White and his wife, Nora May Smith White. She marreid Clarence McClain Greer on July 27, 1937 who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Kathleen and five of her sisters. She leaves behind her sister, Juanita Roberts of Heath TX; her son, Robert Greer and wife, Frankie of Forney, TX; daughter, Linda Peirce and husband, Mickey of Humble, TX; her son, Clarence Greer and wife, Brenda of Mesquite, TX; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Mary worked for many years as school cafeteria cook for the Dallas Independent School District. She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a people person who was kind, had a sense of humor and a determined spirit that was not easily deterred.
