Mrs Mary Faye Tarbutton Hildebrand's Obituary
December 19, 1925 - February 23, 2024
Mary Faye Hildebrand of Quitman, Texas went to be with the Lord Jesus on February 23, 2024, at the age of 98. She was born on December 19, 1925, in Emory, Texas to Arthur Airs Tarbutton and Jessie Mae (Cooke) Tarbutton. Mary married Howard Charles Hildebrand on November 9, 1954, in Dallas, Texas. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family.
Mary is survived by her beloved daughter, Brenda Lowery and husband Ronnie Lowery of Quitman, Texas; step-daughter Joan Zobel of St. Louis, Missouri; granddaughter Lauren Bushart and husband Richard Bushart of Dallas, Texas; grandson Lance Lowery of Sulphur Springs, Texas and granddaughter Lisa Meentemeyer and husband Scott Meentemeyer of Lucas, Texas; great-grandchildren Banks, Beau and Brynn Bushart; Mason and wife Bailey Lowery, Morgan Lowery, Maggie Lowery; Luke Odom, Grace Meentemeyer, John Meentemeyer; and many other loving friends and family.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Howard Hildebrand, her parents Arthur and Jessie Tarbutton, her brother Arthur Airs Tarbutton Jr., her daughter Linda Rojas and step-daughter Doris Essmyer.
Memorial Service will be held on February 26, 2024 11 am at Faith Baptist Church in Quitman, Texas
Graveside Service will be held on February 27, 2024. 11 am at Restland Cemetery Holy Family Garden
