Thelda, my classmate from South Oak Cliff High School, 1966-68, thank you for being a wonderful friend. Our paths went in different directions over the years but it was just like old times every time we met in the more recent past. You were always an inspiration to me and had an unshakeable faith in your Savior Jesus Christ and loved life to its fullest. I am a much better person because of you and all your encouraging words of wisdom!! I will truly miss you dear friend and plan to pick up where we left off when we are reunited in our eternal home!

I first met Mary in the early 1970s. We became close friends and shared many laughs, some tears. We confided in each other and became bonus sisters. Through Mary I got to know and love the Floyd family. When something funny happened to either one of us, we called the other one because we had the same sense of humor! I cherish our many years of friendship and will always miss her!
We met Mary just a few years ago through a mutual friend. Mary was a genuine friend and sweet lady. We are greatly saddened to learn of her passing. -Gail & KEN BROWN
