HUGHES, MARY ADA, Born May 23, 1919 in Lockesburg, AR and passed away on June 22, 2007 in Dallas, TX. Mary taught for 35 years in Arkansas, Tenessee, and Texas. She retired from Vanston Middle School in Mesquite. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Webster Tim Hughes Jr.; daughters, Virginia Ann Duke of Austin, Mary Logan Swayze and husband Skipp of Dallas; 6 grandchildren, Stacie Fox, Ashley Cohn, Anna Lynn Duke, Mary Ann Swayze, Cassie Swayze, Lorien Swayze; 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 sister, Cora Hogue of Texarkana, TX. Service will held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2007 at Lakeside Baptist Church, 9150 Garland Road, Dallas, TX with interment following at Restland Memorial Park.
