Mary Janett “Jan” Smith, 86, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 9, 2018. Jan was born on December 13, 1931, in Bee House, Texas to Raymond and Florence Lovell. She is survived by her children Elaine Calvert and husband David, Ricky Atchison and wife Judy and Jerry Atchison and wife Susan, sister, Angeline Featherston, brother, Rodger Lovell, grandchildren Jeff Atchison, Shelley Pardon, Mathew Atchison, Todd Atchison, Shana Dombroski and Kendal Webb. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren who brought her much joy. She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Florence Lovell, son, Phil Atchison and brothers Bruce Lovell, Edd Lovell, Jim Tom Lovell, Marvin Lovell, Bill Lovell and Calvin Lovell.Visitation will be Sunday, July 15, 2018, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and the service will be Monday, July 16, 2018, at 10:00 am in the Wildwood Chapel.Jan was a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church and loved the Lord and her family with all her heart. She leaves behind many friends and family who loved her dearly.
