Mary Anne Jones' Obituary
Mary Anne Jones, born on May 15, 1938 in Waukegan, Illinois, passed away on June 14, 2020 in Dallas, Texas.
After being a full time Mother, Mary Anne entered the work place and had a long and successful career as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Underwriter. After retirement, she lived in the Richardson/Lake Highlands area near her three Grandsons. She watched them grow up and participate in many activities in elementary, junior high and high school. Mary Anne also saw all three receive their College degrees.
Mary Anne is preceded in death by: her mother, Susanne Yankus Skarbalus Cepon; her father, Peter Skarbalus; step-father, Rudolph J. Cepon; sister, Patricia Skarbalus Kempf and brother, Stanley Skarbalus.
She is survived by: her son, Brian P. Jones and wife, Lauren; grandsons: Austin E. Jones and wife, Katelyn, Trent R. Jones and Brock P. Jones; nieces: Suzanne Kempf and Cindy Beath and husband, Peter, their children Brittany and Peyton; nephews: John Skarbalus and wife, Dawn, their children Sydney, Bailey and Abigail; and Greg Skarbalus and wife, Terri, and their children Eleanor and Owen, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and family.
Family will receive friends on Thursday June 25, 2020 from 2-4 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
Service will be held on Friday June 26, 2020 at 10 AM at the grave site at Restland Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charity of your choice.
