Mary Ann May was a fellow adventurer, a dive buddy and a friend. She was kind of heart; always willing to lend a helping hand. Her volunteer work for so many is a witness to her kindness and generosity of spirit. She was also an accomplished advanced diver with some thrilling stories to tell.
Mary was so proud of her three children and grandchildren. She loved her family deeply.

I have been Mary's Deacon at Hunters Glen Baptist Church for the last 3 years and we have touched base numerous times by phone and in person during that time. She was a wonderful person and loved to travel all over the world. I always sent her a Birthday card on her birthday in September and she thanked me when we saw each other at church. She was a regular at our Senior Game Night before the pandemic hit in 2020 and loved to play card with fellow seniors. She was an interesting person having retired from Homeland Security and sharing some things with us. She will be truly missed by all. I know how much she loved scuba diving ! Tom Hall
