My husband and I had the privilege of being Ray and Nell’s neighbor for the past 23 years. When we first moved in, we would watch Ray hit golf balls in the front yard, see them walking their dogs and getting ready for their camping trips. We knew them enough to wave and be neighborly. After Ray’s passing, Nell and I formed a special friendship which I will always cherish. I loved sitting with her in her front yard on the glider discussing our cats, dogs and life. I loved her very much and she will be missed by me and all that knew her.
