Mary Elizabeth Niswonger's Obituary
MARY ELIZABETH was born on January 7, 1940 in McGregor, Texas to Francis and Blanche Holt and passed on to her Heavenly Home on Saturday, August 30, 2014. Mary graduated from Waco High School and briefly attended Baylor University. She was a Dallas resident since 1962. Mary is survived by her husband Bud Niswonger, son David Niswonger, daughter and son-in-law Karen and Terry Roe of Wylie, Texas, and three grandsons Andrew, Michael and James Roe: also survived by two brothers, Francis Jr. Holt of Lorena, Texas and Bill Holt of San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Peggy Storm, Helen Harbin and Wilma Morgan. Mary was a wonderful Christian wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be missed by many. Services will be held for relatives and close friends, on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, officiated by Jim Crouch, Lead Minister of Irving Church of Christ, 210 E. 6th St., Irving, Texas. Interment in ‘Whispering Waters’ section of Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
