Pace, Mary Ann Mary Ann Pace. Age 50. Died March 16, 2009 in Austin, Texas, after a brief illness. Born June 26, 1958 in Fort Worth. Survived by mother, Suzanne Pace, of Dallas; niece, Andrea Pace, Sterling City, Texas; uncles and aunts, Larry and Linda Pace of Dallas and Jim and Janice Pace of Fort Worth; grandnephew, Ryder Davis, and several cousins. Pre-deceased by father, Eddie B. Pace; brother, Michael Pace, and grandparents, Nana and Ben Cordsen. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia. Employed for a number of years by the Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin, she cherished her family, friends, co-workers and pets. The family expresses special appreciation to her close friends, Ronnie and Charlotte Heyns of Austin. The family will receive visitors from 4:00-6:00PM Sunday, March 22, at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas. Following private burial, a memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Monday, March 23, at Northway Christian Church, 7202 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, 75225, with a reception to follow at the church. A memorial service is planned in Austin at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Northway Christian Church; SPCA of Dallas, 2400 Lone Star Drive, 75212, or charity of choice.
