Kathy Passmore Gilbert
Searcy and I were together as best friends for 52 years. I cannot begin to tell you of all the fun we had and the tears we shared. Even though we lived in different cities, and, at times, different states, we made it a point to see one another several times a year and there was not a day that I can remember that we did not talk on the phone everyday and sometimes 3 or 4 times per day. I learned much from this extremely kind and loving lady. She had empathy and understanding for all. She was outgoing an everyone loved her. She adored her children and we talked for hours over the years about them and what was going on in their lives and how proud she was of them. I shall miss her for the rest of my life.
