So many characteristics about Mary that one admired and wanted to emulate! She was truly interested in everyone, listened well, asked good questions to draw people out. She could engage anyone in conversation! She suffered many hardships in her life, but I remember her saying many, many times: "Life is hard and God is good." She accepted the reality of both. Her trust in Him was total. I rejoice that she is in the presence of the Lord and loved ones while praying for His comforting presence in the sorrow of her loved ones here. .

I first met Mary, in ladies Bible Study at Trinity Fellowship Church. She was so kind and warm hearted. I immediately wanted to be her friend. We used to go to lunch at J's Hamburgers or Amigos after our study. We'd talk about all sorts of things and she was always so encouraging and fun to listen to as well. She told great stories about when she and Arch were 1st dating. Mary loved telling about how when Arch worked delivering milk he'd come home late on Christmas Eve and they'd load up the girls and all go to Keller's Drive-In for Hamburgers. She loved fun little trips and enjoyed her life to the fullest!!! She also loved the Lord. She'd take every opportunity to tell people about Him. She would tell me how she would talk about the Lord to all of her nurses and caregivers. Mary had many health concerns, but through them all she remained positive and believed that the Lord was caring for her. I'm sure she is enjoying Heaven right now where there are no sorrows or pain. I'm praying for her family to have healing and comfort during this difficult time of loss. I will miss you dear friend! Hugs! Sarah Yonamine

We will miss her dearly, I know that I will miss my candy stash she would have for me when I visited her. She knew that I loved my chocolate fix. She would always tell me that she was "Blessed".
