Mary Elizabeth Welsh's Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Welsh, 71, of Dallas, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2008. Mary was born in Springfield, Missouri on August 27, 1937. Survived by her husband, Mike; daughters & sonsin- law, Jane & Jim Curry, Nancy & Pat McCotter, Cynthia & Mark Libby and son and daughter-inlaw, Jim & Erica Welsh. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, one who preceded her in death. Mary and Mike attended Catholic grade and high schools together. They were wed on October 4, 1958 in Springfield, Missouri. Mary was a member of Catholic Daughters of America and enjoyed decorative painting. Her warm nature and bright smile lit up the room, especially when she was with her grandchildren. Visitation will be 1:00-3:00 PM, Sunday, October 5, 2008 with a rosary at 1:00 PM, at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM, Monday, October 6, 2008 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1515 N. Greenville, Allen, Texas. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park.
