Mary T. Wilson's Obituary
Mary Tolbert Wilson was born February 14, 1926, to the parentage of the late Charles and Pearl Tolbert in Colfax, Louisiana. She was one of fourteen children’ all who have preceded her in death except for her two brothers ‘ Wylie Tolbert and Andrew Tolbert of Louisiana and one sister Ethel Thompson of Dallas, Texas. She attended school in Colfax Louisiana. Mary met and married Pearlie Wilson in 1943 in Paris, Texas. She confessed Christ at an early age arid later attended People’s Missionary Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Pearlie Donald Wilson. She leaves to cherish her memories: four children ‘ James Lee Thomas (Dorothy), Angela W. Johnson, Donald Ray Wilson (Carolyn), and Mamie Paula Wilson; seven grandchildren, Melody L. Williams, Donald L. G. Wilson (Kimberly), Tracy D. Ross (Craig), Richard W. Thomas (Tracie), Byron M. Shields (Kelley), Michael Green, and Deanna L. Wilson; and fourteen great-grandchildren, all of Dallas, Texas; and a host of nieces and nephews; including a special nephew, Mark Tolbert of Louisiana.
