Mary Irma Young's Obituary
Mary Irma Browne Young was born on August 1, 1916 in Denison, Texas and passed away February 25, 2017 in Garland, Texas. Mary had love for theater, that started in Reading PA. She starred and preformed with the Barnstormers Theater http://www.barnstormerstheatre.org/. Mary was most proud of her starring role in “The Stars Remain” in the early 40’s. Preceded in death by her husband, Claude L. Young; children, Larry Lane and Charlene Bernice; adopted parents, Stanley H. Browne and Irma B. Bennett Browne. Mary is survived by her daughters, Alice K. Young, Denise C. Young Jones (Jerry); son, Lance C. Young (Jenny); grandchildren, Lisa K Young and Trey Young; great grandchildren, Caleb Bertram and Bayleigh Melton. Visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home located in Dallas, TX Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral Service held at 11:00 AM, Friday March 3, 2017 at St Luke’s Lutheran Church in Richardson, TX. Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park.
