Maurice Merle Gibbins' Obituary
Maurice Merle Ramsey (Bloodworth) Gibbins of Richardson, Texas passed away peacefully on March 16, 2011 at the age of 90 years old. She was a lifelong Baptist and at the time of her death and a member of Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church. Merle graduated from Honey Grove High School and East Texas State College, and worked in telecommunications at Safeway Stores, Inc. until her retirement in 1986. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie Frances Dutton Ramsey and Maurice Earl Ramsey, son; Jim Bob Bloodworth of Honey Grove, Texas and son-in-law; Tom Feagin of Richardson. Merle is survived by two daughters, Brenda Lynette Feagin of Richardson, June Anne and son-in-law; David B. Holland of Plano, and daughter-in-law Shirley Bloodworth of San Antonio, Texas, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Visitation will be held Friday, March 18, 2011 from 6-8PM at Restland Funeral Home. A crytpside service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 11:00AM at Restland Memorial Park.
