Lit a candle in memory of Maurice E. Herring
I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Herring's passing. My prayers are with you all. He was my doctor from 1966 till he went to senior care. I was blessed to have found such a great doctor and a caring wonderful person who was always there for his patients. After he went to senior care and I found out I needed surgery, he told me to come to his office to help me with my concerns. He always took the time to listen to his patients and made you feel as thou you were his only patient when you were there. Karen Lee Finlay
Hello Herring Family, We got to thinking about good ole' Maurice and decided to google him. We were sad to see that he had passed. Us here at MedX of Estes in Estes Park, Colorado have nothing but fond memories of him and Grayce. One that stands out is when he always took his own blood pressure and everyone asked if they could help, and he'd reply with "I'm a retired doctor, I've been doing this for 500 hundred years! But thank you for the offer!" we sure miss him! We hope this finds you well, and we're so sorry for your loss. Rest in Peace Maurice! xo The Staff here at MedX.
Maurice Herring was the kindest, most caring Doctor I ever had. He gave me my physical for a job I got in Dallas in 1968, and he became my Internist until he retired. I loved him dearly. Charlie Pratt
Dr. Herring was our family doctor for many years. He was always kind and compassionate and felt like a family friend. He was genuine and sincere. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of loss. David Bryant and family Richardson, TX
Dr. Herring was my family doctor in the 60's when he quite literally saved my life. He found a cancer and after three surgeries, I was then and still am clear, at 76 years old. I loved him dearly; he was a wonderful, intelligent and caring man. My deepest condolences to his family for their great loss. Betty Johnson
