We were saddened to read of Mame's passing. Her photo shows how beautiful she was – all her life. I recall one evening when she appeared on her front porch, at Caruth Home Place. Bill and I were talking at our mutual mailbox. Mame appeared in her long legged navy pant suit. White heels, and glorious face! Bill just declared to me:"Isn't she pretty?"
