Max Lane Marris' Obituary
MARIS, MAX Born May 21, 1940 in Warren, OH and passed away February 13, 2007 in Garland, TX. Max is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Jan Maris. He is survived by his son, Mark Maris; grandchildren, Haley and Tony Maris; mother, Dorothy Maris; brothers, Russell and James Lee Maris. Max was a graduate of Sunset High School in 1958 and following an early retirement, he became very active in organizing Sunset High School reunions, web site and newsletter. He served in the U.S. Navy and was also a graduate of U.T. Arlington with a Civil Engineering degree.
