Maxine Lucille Davis' Obituary
DAVIS, MAXINE LUCILLE born August 12, 1919 in Parker, Kansas has passed away September 11, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Maxine was a single mom who loved her family, Bingo, gardening, crafts, dancing and traveling. Las Vegas was one of her favorite place’s to visit. She worked for Texas Instruments for 17 years and was a member of St. Lukes Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by Paul Davis; her sisters, Alberta and Juanita; grandson, Jason Scherman. Maxine is survived by her daughters, Paula Barton, Susan Fisher and husband, Tony; son, Danny Davis and wife, Iris; a special friend, Betty Gable; grandchildren, Jonathan Fisher, Gabriel Scherman, Matthew Scherman, Traci Davis, Janet Plunkett, Randy Zanders; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great- great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Restland Memorial Park.
