Maxine Love Bynum's Obituary
In loving memory of Maxine Bynum who went home to be with her Savior on July 19, 2017, at the age of 87. Maxine was born in Dallas, TX on February 8, 1930. She was retired from Baylor University Medical Center. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Sam Bynum, and her daughter Linda Bynum Moreno. She is survived by her son David Bynum of Garland, her daughter Laura Miller (JJ) of Peoria, Illinois, five granddaughters and six great grandchildren. She was a member of Lake Highlands Methodist Church. Her favorite past times were tennis, RV camping, water aerobics and visiting the Dallas Arboretum. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 23, 2017, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service to celebrate Maxine’s life will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017, in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home at 9:30AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Maxine’s honor to The American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Association. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
