He is survived by his parents, Maegan Manning McNeely and Dusty McNeely; brother, Oliver McNeely; grandparents, Ray and Wendy Manning and Dennis and Marilyn McNeely; and great-grandmothers, Betty McNeely and Donnie Dee Munson.Graveside service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018, at 10:00AM in the Highland Garden of Restland Memorial Park.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
