Maybell Pauline Lewin's Obituary
LEWIN, MAYBELL PAULINE Born November 22, 1934 in Marion County, OR. May passed away in her home February 19, 2007 with her daughters by her side. In the early 50’s, her enlistment in the Air Force brought her to Texas where she met and married the love of her life Norman Edward in 1961. They welcomed two daughters, Valerie and Kristina. Together they lived their passion for family and friends. They were avid golfers at Brookhaven Country Club and active with a large circle of lifelong friends. After the untimely passing of her husband in 1992 with her boundless energy, skill and enjoyment for cooking, May projected herself into the catering business. Her positive attitude, strength and upbeat dedication, not only conveyed a warm and friendly relationship with her faithful customers but to all of the peoples lives she touched. She is survived by her daughters, Kristina Eckert and best friend Lisa Baker, Valerie Warren and husband, Kellan; children, Willem, Connor and Claire. A special thank you to Dr. Karel Dicke and his team at the Arlington Cancer Center, Autumn Journey Hospice, Kristi Malinga-private care provider.
