Mr. Kenneth M. Briegel, Jr.'s Obituary
Kenneth Martin Briegel, age 65, a resident of Naperville, IL since 1989, passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2016. He was born in Shreveport, LA on January 24, 1951. Ken is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Diana; his loving daughters, Kristin (Jim) Pieroni of Naperville, IL and Katie (fiancé Randy Howell) Briegel of Nashville, TN; his cherished grandchildren, Ava and Jimmy Pieroni; his mother, Opal Briegel of Richardson, TX; his sister, Donna Smith of Richardson, TX; as well as his numerous nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Martin Briegel. Ken was CEO of NVisage, LLC. and a broker for Preferred Reinsurance Intermediaries. He attended Richardson High School and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1973. He resided in Plano, TX prior to moving to Illinois in 1989. Ken was an avid bicyclist, a Triumph roadster enthusiast, and a family man who enjoyed traveling. A service will take place at 3:00 pm, Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Restland Memorial Park in the Abbey Chapel. Rev. Steve Oliver will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately prior to the service at Abbey Chapel beginning at 2:00 pm. Arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243.
