Mei Lin Shirley Leung, 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, in McKinney, Texas. She was born on Saturday, October 18, 1947, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Pui Fong and Shiu Lau in China. Shirley is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Otto Leung; son Tony Leung and his wife Susanna; daughter Kelly Shiffer and her husband Jonathan; grandchildren Sydni, Torri, Kellan, Trinity and Avery; her brother Peter Fong and his wife Queenie; and many extended family and countless friends. Shirley will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 10am to 8pm at Restland Funeral Home, family will only be present to receive guests from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral service for Shirley will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 9am in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
