Melinda "Mindy" Lynn Lanicek's Obituary
Mindy Lanicek, aged 58, returned to our heavenly father's arms on July 15th, 2024. She was born on May 4th, 1966, to Donald Dean and Doris Mae Ayres in Des Moines, Iowa.
Mindy married the love of her life, James "Bob" Lanicek, on April 24th, 1993, and together they were blessed with two children: Riley and Bonnie Lanicek. Mindy found solstice in taking family trips to the beach and enjoyed all things music.
Mindy is preceded by her parents; Donald and Doris Ayres, and her sister, Brenda Lee Ayres-Bell.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 faithful years, James R. "Bob" Lanicek, her son, Riley Lanicek, and her daughter, Bonnie Lanicek.
Mindy's joyous personality was a blessing to all who knew her. She leaves her family with unforgettable memories and will be greatly missed.
A visitation is scheduled for July 26th, 2024, at 1:00 pm with a funeral service immediately following at 2:00 pm
