Uncle Melvin… he always made me feel special, loved. I have many great memories of him. The oak tree picture I’ve attached is from his tree in his backyard. He said he had left a planter under the tree and 2 little acorns had taken root “Vonnie, do you want them?” He asked on a visit to Blair. One didn’t make (gopher got the roots) but this one is thriving! He came out and visited several times, always looking with pride at my Oak tree…
My son was born on his birthday… I’ve always loved that ❤️
