Michael Wayne Campbell's Obituary
Michael Wayne Campbell, 66, of Garland, TX, left this Earth to be with the Lord on August 2, 2023, just shy of his 67th birthday.
Michael was born on August 6, 1956 to Kenneth and Pauline Campbell in Pasadena, TX. His familly moved to Dallas some years later and he graduated from Skyline High School in 1974. After school, Michael was a courier for most of his life.
In 1978, Michael met Beverly through their mutual friends and quickly fell in love. Michael and Beverly were married in 1980 and went on to have two daughters.
Michael enjoyed riding his motorcycle and would take part in annual motorcycle rides to donate toys and clothes to child advocacy groups and charity hospitals. He believed every child deserves an abundance of support, no matter what hardships their family may experience.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents (Kenneth and Pauline Campbell), his aunts (Nellie, Lois, Lorraine, and Wanda), his cousins (Sonny, Tracy, and David). He is survived by his wife (Beverly), his daughters (Monica and Alison), his adopted daughter (Malorie), his grandchildren (Nora, Adryan, Trae, Liam, and Julian), and his aunt (Shirley).
A visitation will be held on his birthday, August 6, 2023 at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 from 3-5 PM. Funeral services will be held at the same location on August 7, 2023 at 10 AM with graveside services to follow immediately after. Friends and family can send flowers directly to the funeral home prior to the service or, in lieu of flowers, make a donation to their local child advocacy group in his honor.
