Michael Craig Cole, 55, of Frisco, TX passed from this life on September 21, 2016 at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial in Frisco TX. Craig was born August 15, 1961 in Denton, TX. He studied Anthropology at Texas A&M University (an Aggie by heart) and for the love of food on November 2009 was an Assistant Analysis for PepsiCo Global R&D in the Culinary Innovation Center. He also was member of the Masonic Lebanon Lodge in Frisco TX. Survivors include: spouse Yamile Cole of Frisco, parents Donald Joe and Laurel Cole of Allen, sister Kimberly Cole of Heath, mother in law America Ferandez Pando of Mexico, ants Sherry West Gore and husband Johnny of Ft. Worth, Heather West Bufford of San Antonio, and Gretchen West of Denver, CO., and sisters in law Viki Hall of Heath and Martha, Ana Lilia, Irma, America, Rosalia, Balkis and Alejandra Armenta of Mexico, and a host of nieces, nephews and other family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a contribution to cancer research, Hospice or an organization of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
