I know it is October but I am just now hearing of Michael's passing. We worked together at State Farm and he was such a kind and wonderful soul. I learned a lot from him and he always asked me about my children. "How are the little people?" is what he would walk up and say. Michael will definitely be missed and all of the memories we have of him will be cherished. Rest easy my friend.
I learned today that you had transitioned Michael and I pray you did not suffer. Thank you for the Laughs at work, shared elevator rides, Meals when the team had lunch and Volunteering with you on Saturday's. My Prayers and Condolences too your Family during this time. I was definitely saddened to hear the news of this great loss. I appreciate Michael for being genuine and caring. He was one of the very first specialist to reach out to me when I became a leader, not only did he make me feel welcome to my brand new department at State Farm, but he reassured me that I was where I was supposed to be...and boy was he right! In that 30 - 45 min conversation he shared with me his background and his philanthropic endeavors. What a positive light he was! I know that he will be forever remembered and loved. I thank him for making a lasting impression in a short amount of time.

My heartfelt thoughts and prayers will be with you tomorrow and in the coming days as you honor his memory and celebrate his life this Saturday. I met Michael working at State Farm almost six years ago. He befriended me and we shared many funny stories! I have only the best memories of someone so genuine, kind spirited, gifted salesperson and an excellent speaker ( I told him he should be in radio or TV as announcer with his voice!). He will be truly missed at work amongst his peers! Just know that he will be ever present with you in spirit as you carry on. May the Lord give you strength and peace knowing he is in a better place now. God bless.

My brother there are people like you who give us strength that we need to face the day to day problems. I look at you my brother and I am proud. After so many battles faced, some lost, others victorious, I find you a winner standing there with a lot of faith. Nobody knocks you down because God sustains you. You are my brother Mike and you are missed.

My heart is heavy to hear about Michael's passing and my sincerest condolences to his family. Like many here, I had the pleasure of working with him at State Farm, and I will always remember the warmth he brought into his interactions. Usually every weekend when we would wrap up our shifts together and were heading home for the night, I'd bump into him at the elevator. He would see me holding my helmet, would put a hand on my shoulder and say in his big, booming voice, "You be careful on that motorcycle, Samiul." I would just give him a thumbs up and joke "Yes sir Uncle Mike!", knowing that he truly cared for my well-being. I will miss his words of wisdom, his generous heart, and above all his kindness. RIP Uncle Mike.
