Ashley, you know I was Mike's best friend for years. I helped Mike move some furniture for you one time.
I played golf with Mike and Jim one time.
Mike, myself, Bill, Eldon and I played golf together for years.
I have a heavy heart with his passing.
When Mike got Alzheimer, Bill and I visited him and a friend we knew for years did not recognize us.
I will always remember Mike.
This is a sad time for me.

Thank you for all the wonderful memories and shared moments. I will miss your humor, laughter, and care free spirit. Thank you for being a wonderful grandpa to me and my brother. Some of my best memories are times we three spent together. I know we will spend time together once more sometime in the future but until then you will be missed!

Hi Dad,
I am so glad I was there with you the day you took your last breath. I held your hand and told you my favorite memories of us.
Once you took me to the “store” and on the way asked me to get something out of the glovebox. When I reached in there were two tickets to Six Flags. I had so much fun that day.
As I grew older you were also one of my best friends. We talked most days. We talked about life, beliefs, relationships and so much more. I could tell you absolutely anything. You were also with me the day I married Mark, one of the most important days of my life.
The best part of our conversations was our “Snyder” humor. We laughed so much at dumb stuff that wouldn’t be funny to anyone other than us but at least we were having a good time.
You suffered a long time and I am thankful you are free of Alzheimer’s.
Thank you so much for everything you taught me. I am a better man because of you.

Dear Dad,
Thank you for all the memories, love and laughs we shared throughout the years.
I am so proud of your bravery facing this horrible disease head on.
I know you didn't want to go through it but I'm so glad you did with such dignity. I am going to miss you but I will see you again.
Rest easy Dad, you are loved and you are free at last. Thank you for everything.
My Dad was a good, kind man. I'm going to miss him but he no longer has Alzheimers.
Live your life now, don't wait. Don't put things off because one day it might be too late as we are not promised tomorrow. Thank you all for the kind words and prayers. Dad will be missed!
