Mildred Polacek's Obituary
Mildred Polacek of Dallas, Texas passed away on January 8, 2010 in the loving arms of family. Mildred was born in Lueders, Texas on January 18, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon; four sisters and one brother. She is survived by three daughters, Tish Colombi of Haddonfield, New Jersery; Tami Hess of Dallas, Texas; and Toni Krecek of Garland, Texas; sisters, Dorothy Gillespie of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Ann Fisher of Brownwood, Texas; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. the family would like to thank Golden Acres for nine years of loving care. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 12:00 PM at Restland’s Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at Memorial Chapel.
