Mildred F. Runyon's Obituary
Mildred Freeman Runyon, born February 3, 1925 in Crandall, Texas, and passed away on May 14, 2020 in Plano, Texas at the age of 95. She was an entrepreneur and owned multiple convenience grocery stores, gas stations, and several other business throughout her life. She was blessed to be married for almost 50 years to her beloved husband Ken before he preceded her in death in 2018. She will be fiercely missed by her two daughters, Delores and Debbie and the rest of her family who loved her deeply. Mildred is survived by her daughter Delores Anderson of Canton, her daughter Debbie and son-in-law Michael Fellwock of Plano, son Michael Runyon and daughter-in-law Karolina of Germany, and son David Runyon of North Carolina, granddaughter Robin Logan of Canton, and grandson Taylor Fellwock of Plano, granddaughter Michelle Runyon of Germany, granddaughter Melanie Runyon of Colorado, grandson Bryan Runyon of Omaha, and granddaughter Samantha Coleman of Omaha. Survivors also include four great grandchildren: Jennifer Melton and her husband Chase Melton of Canton, Jamie Elliott and her husband Clifton Elliott of Lindale, Sarah Izzo and her husband Keith of Rockwall, and Brett Anderson of Lindale. Mildred is also survived by seven little great great grandchildren: Harrison, Lauren, Brooklyn, Peyton, Maelyn, Kinley, and Maisyn. She was preceded in death by her parents Ebby and Chester Freeman, son-in-law Butch Anderson, grandson Ron Anderson, son Bobby Runyon, and brothers by Freeman, Joe Freeman, and Jerry Bob Freeman.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Restland Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Restland Memorial Chapel, located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
